Description:

• Liquid blend of water soluble solvents, inorganic acids and surface wetting agents.  Corrosive.

• Acid based cleaner formulated to remove mineral stains and deposits from walls, floors, stainless steel equipment, cutting surfaces, dairy equipment, etc.  Also kills germs, bacteria, and odors.

• Excellent for sanitizing and disinfecting.  Effectively kills germs and odors.

• Very concentrated

• Free rinsing.

• The USDA has declared this product acceptable for use as an acid cleaner in all departments of official establishments operating under the Federal meat, poultry, shell egg grading, and egg products inspection programs.  (USDA A3)

Usage:

• Prep for Painting: Used to prepare steel surfaces for painting.  Leaves a light phosphate coating, which provides an excellent paint-bonding surface. Dilute 1:4 with water.  Agitation will accelerate cleaning action and improve phosphate coating.  Rinse with water and dry.

• Food processing plant sanitizing:  First clean surface thoroughly with Degreaser and Steel Brite, then use a pump up sprayer or spray bottle to sanitize equipment, utensils, countertops, etc.  Use at a dilution ratio of 1:80 with water.  Rinse thoroughly.  For sanitizing floors, spray light mist and let air-dry.

• Used to remove oxidation from aluminum surfaces.

• Used to remove light oil and rust from steel surfaces.

• If using in a heated vat, stain-less steel vat should be used.

• Can dilute 1 - 6 gallons in a 55 gallon drum with water which makes it very economical.
